St. Clair Place is a community that values strong neighbor connections, historic preservation, walkable streets, and a diverse, inclusive environment where people of all backgrounds can live, work, and thrive.

 

Located just minutes from downtown, our neighborhood offers easy access to many parks, trails, businesses, community resources, and cultural attractions. A few nearby favorites are listed on our website, here. 

 

The St. Clair Place Neighborhood Association (SCPNA) hosts bi-monthly neighborhood meetings, community events, volunteer opportunities, and initiatives that help strengthen our community and keep residents informed. 

 

Whether you're interested in getting involved right away or simply settling into your new home, we encourage you to connect with us and take advantage of the many resources available to residents.

While it's not required to be a paying member of the St. Clair Place Neighborhood Association, your annual contribution supports neighborhood events & resources for all.​ If able, it is suggested that nieghbors pay $10 per person or $15 per household in annual dues. You can do so online, here.
